How to make an appointment

If you need to see/speak to a clinician for a health problem, please ring the surgery on the main number between 8am & 6.30pm.

Call the surgery

Appointment are currently operating as a telephone triage system. Your call will be placed on the doctors Triage list for a call back the same day. If the doctor feels they need to see you for a face-to-face appointment, this will be arranged.

Please give the call handler as much details as possible regarding your health problem. This information will help the clinician determine the urgency of your call so that we can prioritise clinically urgent queries.

Please notify reception on booking if you have any preference regarding which doctor you wish to see. We will always do our best to place you with a doctor of your choice but please understand that may not always be possible.
